Glasshouse Hospitality Collective was born from the belief that great hospitality is equal parts craft, care, and connection. Founder Gavin Roy worked for decades within the 5 star Hotel, restaurant, Pub and event space. He recognised a gap. There was a need not just for better experiences, but for better support behind the scenes for our amazing operators.
